So I've gotten quite a few primaries with elemental damage from VoG and I was thinking, why can't I swap to a second primary really fast? I don't mean have 2 primaries and 1 heavy or 2 primaries and 1 speacial, I mean like a second loadout. The way it could work is the way that Warframe uses the touch pad. Sweeping left, up, down, or right activates special abilities in Warframe. So since the touch pad directions do absolutely nothing in Destiny (aside from pressing it for Nav), why couldnt we equip a secondary weapon loadout and use hte swiping motion to quick swap weapons on the fly. Example: My Vision of Confluence is a Solar Damage Primary. With it's impact and damage it is an awesome gun. Now I also have an Atheon' Epologue, and while it's amazing I use it primarily in fights where I know there are going to be Minotaurs or Predorians. But I hate having to open the inventory panel, swap weapons, exit the inventory, in that time period I could die. I want to be able to use my Atheons to blast sheilds, then quick swap to my Vision for damage. It should be that easy to swap weapons. Sony gave us a touchpad so lets use it. Xbox players could use their D-Pad or something for their lack of Touch Pad.
