Because I'm dead before I can activate. The animation will get you killed, its the same with golden gun. Its not like FoH where the animation and attack are all in one.
Titans and warlocks can run into a room and super.
Hunters have to activate it prior to entering a room.

Shit if a hunter activates in full view of an enemy and they aren't shut down before it even activates. Then the enemy players deserve to get killed.
