Ok. So if he is so powerful why didn't he take over earth? When crota dies will the hive die? Why kill crota so soon? So crota is a dark god among the hive and they plan to summon him again.

Crota sleeps. Oryx is their God. If Crota dies the hive will be severely crippled but not dead. And we gave up the moon to prevents Crota from coming to earth.

Osiris is a warlock who I don't know much about. No one knows. And the vex would not work with the hive because they are an evil so evil they despise other evil. If Crota succeeds he will pave a way for oryx to rule

Is orxy the darkness? If crota dies will orxy be a able to bring him back to life? Is there another hive god? Like crota. Since they do pray to crota and consider him as a dark god.

Oryx is just a minion of the Darkness. There is no physical representation of darkness. If Crota dies they probably never can revive him. They can only bring him back now because he's lays dormant at the bottom of hellmouth. And they never pray to him. They always pray to Oryx at the Shrine of Oryx, guarded by the Eye of Oryx.
