I would pick Microsoft, since Bungie and Microsoft did so much good work together in the past. It would have been interesting to keep this as a cross platform game even with Microsoft being involved.

Microsoft would've pushed Bungie to do nothing else but Halo. Bungie had no intentions of continuing the Halo saga
