For the mission if you want it to be harder. Unless they raise the soft level cap. Story mission enemies will always be lvl 20 on normal difficulty and in the patrol area. Only place that would have higher level enemies is the Raid area

Yeah but like I'm saying as it stands right now it's just lvl 20 mobs in the lvl 4 patrol mission on earth. So why do we have to wait for that?
