Show me footage of someone playing through a polished new zone, complete with quest dialogue, new weapons, armour, boss fight and all, and I'll agree that the content is ready to go.

Like 3 enemies and a mini boss that's just called "Ultra Captain". Plus the area is really small..if it's supposed to be a mission it's clearly not done yet if it only takes a 4 minute video to showcase it.
