False. As an avid MMO player, even MMOs have content tucked away in their game files. People data mined content for Final Fantasy XIV before it was announced or hinted at.

But that's not what Bungie's doing at all. Hell, have a look at the video I posted. That's content that was going to be sold as DLC.
