There is a lonely fish in one of the ponds at the recently open Traveler's Courtyard where the Queen's emissary is. I heard he has magical powers but was unable to communicate with him. Anyone with better luck or fluent in fish please update here. That said, he feels incredibly lonely and would appreciate if an artist at Bungie could provide him with some company.
