Clan now has 7 members.....but STILL LOCKED !

Clans count as groups aswell once they've joined they need to go to the clan/group theu joined and it should have a part set as psn clan or set as xbox clan..sometimes it doesnt register though I had to leave and join mine for it to work as a clan

Mine finally got the required three like 5 days ago and still isn't an "active clan"
