I'm on PS3 and so far I haven't heard of it happening to anyone else. Could just be a bad connection to the server. (Not on my end as I've never had server issues with any other game I play, but who knows) I'll give it a couple weeks or so for them to get the servers a little more stable, and if it's still happening I'll contact Bungie and my ISP directly to try and figure it out.
