Not sure if this is a bug, but I've completed two public events with gold tier and not rewarded when going to the tower later.

You only get rewarded for the first gold tier completion. Are these not your first?

I don't think that was a bug, just bad luck. Keep trying to do em though! You may be luckier next time. I know I've been pretty damn lucky with destiny lately after getting my fourth exotic just yesterday.

Okay. I've done multiple events, but there was two in particular that I never got rewarded for.

Yeah, that just happens from time to time unfortunately.

I think you only get rewarded once a day for it.
