I pre ordered destiny from amazon, if I pre order advanced warfare from GameStop, can I still use the code in my game?

Yeah. I went in to preorder for the code and the guy right before me preordered CoD and got a code even though he doesn't have Destiny Pre-Ordered.

Yup. Just a heads up. The codes don't work yet. I'd bet they won't til 9/9.
