Most games dont lock a game in on 30 fps unless if you set it personally....

Yes, but bungie has already said that destiny will be locked at 30 fps even for ps4 and xbone. They said they wanted everyone to have the same experience. They haven't said anything about PC yet though, so idk.

Tbh even though im gonna get it for ps4 and if it comes out for PC ill get it for that too. But if its still locked at 30fps than im not getting it on PC
