Will dlc items from codes used on 360 (preorder codes for example) transfer if you upgrade to an xbone? Or can the dlc codes for 360 be used on xbone?

DLC is basis by basis, the only thing that transfers is your character. I suppose if you equip it then transfer it would be there :/

Hmm..yea I ask because I preordered the ghost edition for 360 and really hope the dlc tranfers. As for the second question?
