At the beginning of the match there's three choices, either the SMG, Plasma Rifle, or Magnum. No secondary weapon with them. If you choose the PR you get plasma nades, two frags with the SMG and Magnum. And you can re-choose every time you spawn.

Ahh they really shouldn't allow spawning with stickies.
