Will hand cannons be buffed (don't mind if they don't because they are badass anyway) sexy :D

They definitely need a multiplayer buff, but I think the legendary/exotic handcannons will be powerful and truly fit their podcast description (rewards those who can be accurate under pressure)

Exactly, but they really don't do more damage than a scout rifle, and scout rifles have a larger magazine and are easier to aim.
