Will the expansion pass be included in the Destiny PS4 Bundle?

No. The Bundle includes a standard edition of the game. You only get what the standard gets, which is Vangaurd Day One access and, if you ordered from Gamestop, a red sparrow

Thought it was a red ghost, not sparrow.

Red ghost is in the limited edition stuff. Red sparrow is a Gamestop pre-order bonus. All pre-orders from big retailers get Vangaurd Day 1 access.
