i want to be able to actually control my character in first person.
so it would be star citizent + mass effect story stuff + no mans sky + the freedom to do whatever you want + survival games + eve online + co-op.

That's actually being made. A game developer is integrating google maps into their game as the map. It's a 3rd person top-down view like Diablo, but it does give you the real work and scale to play with
