Don't mean to be picky, but technically all skyrim's dragons are wyverns.

well, they're similar enough to dragons in my opinion.
-

	There actually drakes
-

If the definition of dragon were purely based on morphology, then you'd be correct (mostly. Do wyverns often breathe fire?). But considering the definition of dragon within the universe is what you see, they still count as dragons, I'd think.

Wyvern can breathe fire, but they more often are depicted as breathing poison and also have a barbed tail. Dragons also are a lot smarter than wyvern as they can speak.
-

I thought wyverns were just tiny dragons. Skyrim dragons were big as hell
-

Nah, wyverns are creatures with their claws placed at the tops of their wings, as you'll notice they use their wing-hands for support when they're on the ground. Dragons have four legs then wings on their back.

Dude you're hella right. I never even noticed that the dragon's in skyrim don't have arms
-

It's strange to imagine, isn't it?

Edited by MurkyData: 7/17/2014 9:21:49 AMNo. Wyvern have 2 legs and wings. Actual dragons have 4 legs and wings. You can see in the pic he posted.
