That just grosses me out, plus it hasn't helped when I've tried it.

Every night, it doesn't help at all, but it helps pass the time. It doesn't matter too much, I've been able to function pretty well with little to no sleep, and besides losing brain cells, it isn't really that bad. I'll just sleep when I'm dead, and there's nothing left to think about.
