They'll have made the video private and unlisted, then as soon as it was shown, list it so people could see it

No i'm saying that the video was most likely uploaded to youtube a long time ago, but made so that nobody could see it. As soon as it was shown at RTX they will have made it viewable to the public, that's why it was up so quick.
