D3 isn't graphically demanding(beautiful game nonetheless. Love the hand painted backgrounds).
But games like BF4(best example so far for PC-next gen comparison since Ubisoft doesn't know how to use a PC). Low-medium settings @1080/60 looks much better than the 900p medium settings you'll get on the PS4.

Never saw BF4 on PC in person. Hard to tell differences from tube vids. I thought it was very good looking in PS4. I think a good comparison is when we get to see Witcher 3 side by side from console to PC. That developer is known for gorgeous set pieces.

CD Projekt Red is going to melt PCs though. They don't scale down any version of their games.

This is true. I have a circa 2010 ASUS ROG laptop that chokes on low settings for Witcher 2. It has a nvidia 560m gpu w/ 6gb ram.
