The difficulty pretty much peaks at O & S. The only thing that's noteworthy after them is the Four Kings.

Ornstein and Smough took me close to 2 hours, I beat the Four Kings on my first try.

Same here, actually. Though the Four Kings can be a bitch to fight depending on your character.
