2 RepliesIf you mean by Amanda, yes, keep her in the Sickbay and she'll be a B rank in Combat. The higher difficulties give you better guys. I have seen a sniper on a cliff be an S rank in intel but you have to get the fulton launcher from a MBTK 70 Custom battle without killing anyone.
