Will there be realistic cover?
Ex: If there was a bush big enough to cover you and you hid behind would the enemy still be able to see you?

Bungie has not talked much about using the environment to your advantage, if at all. Though I do believe that there will be instances in which you can seek cover, then strike when you intend to.

Idk but in the cod games you could have a silencer in story, be well hid and they will still find ya so I hope so
