ME3 Rannoch: Geth Base on Insanity during the battle with 3 Geth Primes as a Vanguard. It's not the hardest, but it is still -blam!-ing hell, a fun hell, and ME3 Platinum Solo, Level 1 ME1 Insanity, NG+ Lvl 30 ME2 Insanity, Oblivion on Max difficulty....these are hard, but NOT the hardest
