I'm pretty sure Tyson as a company doesn't approve of their employees behavior towards the pigs. I'm indifferent on the whole cages deal.

Well I don't think the company would approve of this behavior. Valuable pork being degraded and lost. It's not his want for this to happen, it's the workers you should be attacking.
