Whats the deal with HALO?
I never got in to halo. -blam!- me if i get banned but what is all the rage about it? even on its hardest setting you can play through with a friend and finish in a couple hours.
Why did people enjoy it?
DGAF if banned for this, just wanted to know what others think.

The gameplay is pretty boring, but the story more than makes up for it.

CE-Middle school and elementary school, Halo 2-middle school, Halo 3-high school, Reach and Halo 4-college, and the next Halo game will come out when I'm out in the real world. Halo is something that has stuck with me, and something I have fond memories of playing with friends, even though they have moved on from gaming. Halo and Xbox is what I grew up with.

Me? >Childhood >First Xbox game >Great deployability >Cool stuff to do in campaign after story. Skulls, Anniversary, easter eggs. And I think some glitches are really Easter Eggs like the AA Wraith and the flyable Seraph. >Great multiplayer with every game being different and fun. This does not include 343i's trash. It just includes Bungie Halos. 343i and MS are trying to make Halo more generic to attract more audience and they really dumbed down Halo, especially the creative part of the community which is small.

Immense setting(s). Intriguing story. Beautiful music. Fantastic weapons and vehicles. Incredible AI. Visionary design. Put that all together, you've got one hell of a title.

You won't get banned. All the rage about comes from the fact that for many people it was the first cinematic shooter, with impressive visuals and AI. For others, it's because it was their first online shooter.
