Destiny is a rip off.
At least Halo was [i]original[/i]. Destiny is literally just a combination of every single big name game out there right now. It literally Elder scrolls: Halo black ops shadow fall start of the wolfenstein and every game I havnt mentioned.
But in all seriousness, it really is just a mix of everything already out there and that's a huge disappointment.

I know you have watched the video and the originality is there for Destiny,it has its own story line,it is a FPS type and there is no way to have any originality,I bet bungie is smart enough to add things but if they add things that are bad for the game,isn't that worst than having originality?So do play the game first then judge,that way you learn more about the game and get your facts right.[spoiler]Do take my advice:)[/spoiler]

Halo took INSPIRATION from works like Ringworld, Aliens, and many more sources. Destiny is doing the exact same thing. There's nothing wrong with adapting other people's ideas so long as you put your own unique spin on it. If people didn't "rip off" others in the video game industry, there would not be that many games. One company would make a turn-based strategy for example and then NO ONE ELSE COULD MAKE A TURN-BASED STRATEGY BECAUSE SOMEONE ALREADY DID THAT OH TEH NOSE. I think Destiny is looking like a well-polished game taking inspiration from Bungie's Halo experience, Borderlands, and countless other games. I'm excited to see how the game comes together.
