Yes and No.
If someone is dying from a terminal illness/irrecoverable disease then yes they should have the right to die/be euthanised.
However if someone is suffering from mental illness they shouldn't be allowed to kill themselves because their state of mind is not right. It isn't to force people to suffer, it's so that they can be treated and go on to live a much better/happier life.
That being said if someone has tried every treatment and there is no improvement/cure for their problem (i.e Depression) Then forcing them to live for the sake of it is unfair.
It's a tricky topic and a very grey area but simply put, you shouldn't be allowed to just walk into a suicide booth and put in a quarter.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
