Your first rated M game?
Mine was GTA 3 waaaaaaaay back during the PS2 days. I was 6 years old when I first played it.

The earliest I remember is ManHunt, but I know the first one I played was Mortal Kombat; I apparently was good at it but I was little at the time and I don't remember ever playing it.
