Favourite Gears Game?

Just curious. Which is your favourite and why? I loved the Horde mode of 3 but Gears 2 seemed like it pulled off the best campaign experience. The atmosphere, length and design just seemed [i]right[/i] imo.

Gears 3 because they finally got the multiplayer right and you didn't have to jump around like a crackhead with a shotgun.
