Not necessarily, just because a game does not address an issue, that does not make it fearful of said issue. For example, I don't have any Mexican friends. That does not mean that I am racist towards or afraid of Hispanics, simply that there aren't any which are particularly appealing as friends in my area. The same goes for games. If there are no romantic relationships at all within the context of Destiny, it does not mean that Destiny is now homophobic, simply that there was no relevant reason within the context of the game to explore homosexuality
