Well, this is a first. I think it's pretty cool that Francis basically just upped and said that you don't need to be a part of something to be a good person to be redeemed. While I myself  am not a religious person, I think it's a nice touch that he appreciates those who are not religious or are in a different group from Catholic Christians.
