Are forced miscarriages murder?
I was watching some of the Castro story with the girls that were kidnapped for 10 years and one of the guys forced some of the girls to miscarry whenever they got pregnant. I think that is sick and is murder.
I know the liberals should say it isn't [b]murder[/b] since they think abortion is okay but I mean how isn't that murder? You are killing their baby?
Should it be considered murder?

Edited by die wily: 5/12/2013 7:16:58 PMIt's definitely a violation of the girl's bodily autonomy, and thus socially reprehensible regardless of one's stance on person-hood. Whether or not it can be appropriately called "murder" depends on how far along the developing fetus / baby was. It certainly seems like the penalty for such cases should be much harsher than that for mere assault.
