1 Replyseeing a psychiatrist might not be a bad idea, or talk about it with somebody close to you (ex. friends, significant other, or whoever). currently struggling with serious depression myself, i can say that keeping it to yourself isn't the thing to do, i made that mistake and it brought me to the brink of suicide. Having somebody to talk to makes a world of difference

You're going to continue to feel that way until you motivate yourself. Start doing productive and constructive behaviors and start making accomplishments you can feel a sense of self-worth over. Then build some character so you can build some character. Work out more, get a better diet and start getting active.

If it makes you feel any better, there's no way you could breathe all the air. If you're really concerned about it though, you could plant a tree or two.
