For how long Master Chief's been in that suit, he should have a gnarly beard growing.
And where does that guy pee? Or eat?

I imagine that he does take it off, just not in the games obviously.

3 RepliesI don't want to know what he looks like under that suit. Keeping it on after all those years must hold in a stench of unimaginable magnitude.

The suit's gel layer breaks down solid wastes and recycles the fluids in liquid wastes. It is skin-tight and self-sufficient. Think of it as a human version of a forerunner's armor. He probably shaves in the field with a combat knife or something of that sort.
