Navbar Randomly dropping to the Reply Body
Happens when the reply body initiates a scrollbar for more text entry. If you backspace to the point where the scrollbar isn't needed, this happens.
Google Chrome is the browser of choice, Version 24.0.1312.57 mac.

Same thing has happened to me a few times. (Using Safari.)

Chrome is lousy and will give you such problems because it's clinically depressed, and wants to make sure you hate life too.
