Dishonored- Where did the Assasins get powers?
So I noticed in the very first level when they appear, they do some kind of levitate thing on you.
Then later on they teleport around with what I assume is Blink.
Is it explained anywhere in the game where they got the powers? I know Daud had them from him being with the Outsider before, but what about his guys?

They worshiped the outsider, outsider gave it to them.

5 RepliesAren't there a lot of people who can use Outsider powers, but only using some type of talisman or something? I'm not a Dishonored lore buff, so I actually have no idea.

I think Daud gives them some of his own power when they join The Whalers (his group)
