Pledge allegiance to the Queen- join the New Monarchy!

Welcome, loyal citizens, and soon to be citizens, of the New Monarchy.
For too long, humanity has stood below the rest of the galaxy, that much we can all come to an agreement on. While races such as the Cabal, the Vex, and the Fallen continue to thrive, we have only recently, started to rebuild and expand. It is a painstaking process, one I would assume we would all like to advance more quickly. Through allegiance to the Queen, that goal can be achieved.
While the peasants who align themselves with the brutish Seven Seraphs, the blinded eye of Osiris, or the beggars of the Dead Orbit (who all have a misguided concept of what is "best"), all stand in place and wonder what to do next, we grow and continue to flourish, and we can continue to do that with your allegiance.
We provide our soldiers with the best armor and equipment, and the best ships for interstellar travel, and with their gifts, fight our enemies with upmost bravery. We all serve the Queen, who unlike rulers of history's past, is honorable, and a worthy leader, uninterested in an absolute rule or tyranny. But we also acknowledge the Traveller, who's power is a gift, and must not be abused like the other factions abuse it.
Together we, her loyal knights, at the spear's shaft, with the Traveller's gifts, and the Queen at the spear's tip, shall guide Humanity to a glorious future, and take back what was ripped from our grasp.
You can find an enlistment center near you now, and undergo the knighting ceremony upon the Queen's throne. All hail the New Monarchy!

NM seems to be the most 'popular' and talked about faction(even though .00000001% has been revealed). I haven't actually viewed any groups involving the factions(and i will in a few minutes), but from the main Destiny forum, it seems NM is a bunch of tyrants who will 'crush all who oppose.' That's not my thing. NM sounds like an Imperialist view, mixed in with some Qunari(Dragon Age II) beliefs(Their people have the 'freedom' to accept their job, or deny it and die), which sounds extremely unappealing to me. this is just what I've viewed so far, opinions subject to change

I've had many join our cause and I feel that we are stronger than any other body or faction in our system. There is no question of prevalence in this system, there is only the question of [i]fear[/i]. Who or what do you fear most? Why do you fear it? Your fear is strong, but so is your might. We feel that with fear, comes the ability to do great things. Just as energy and mass cannot be created or destroyed, fear is just another one of those things that exist in life. The New Monarchy will help you use that power. The Monarchy aims on instilling the fear that our enemies impose onto us as a weapon against them. You are to choose which way you wish to destroy them, but I urge you fellow survivor of the last great race this galaxy hast yet known, I urge you to follow us, the [b][i][u]New Monarchy[/u][/i][/b] in our quest to destroy that of which impedes our progress. We and our heavenly Monarch, aim to regain our ancient rule of the stars and expand outward into the beyond. Take our hand, and you will soon know greatness, that of which could never be bestowed upon you through any other faction. We wish for you to join us in rebuilding our species to what it used to be.
