Create a Cheater Tag
There should be one in the forum where we can post videos of people possibly cheating. Comments should not be allowed but players should be allowed to view and make their own judgements to utilize in possible kicking from clans or even preventing them from joining.
This should also make it faster and clearer for players to be banned.

Lets be honest, majority of cheaters are just 0.5's accusing sub 1.0's for cheating and hence they are justified to cheat as well. Even if no cheats had taken place Its ironic

I get daily whispers, and Xbx chat msg say I’m Cheating so.. that’s enough for me. I don’t need every sub 1.0 player have a nother space to complain about cheating. So rather not. And that’s “me” the above avrg player, imagine being some like “hock” who has countless playhours , and even bungie’s beloved gernader Jake who has multiple times on stream saying that this guys must be cheating, yet bingie has definitely looked into the account and he is not cheating. This is such a bad idea

1 ReplyIt violates their own ToS (naming and shaming, I think) And as much as I agree with you, it would probably also lead to unwanted situations where people just start taking matters into their own hands. (Harassing anybody suspected of cheating, even if they were ultimately cleared, etc). Even when Bungie was fully operational, cheating was an issue they couldn’t tackle. Always playing catch-up, or simply just not investing/doing enough. Small example: listen to the amount of times Gernader complains about a cheater and reports them mid match, [b][i][u]with[/u][/i][/b] video evidence, and later down the road says “Bungie, it’s been months and this guy is still cheating on the same account” We’ll see how serious they are about earning back trust, I guess.

Latency will always be your enemy. For lack of a better explanation, Bungie and their servers suck.

Problem is bungie would need to vet every last post to ensure innocent players aren't attacked over false or misinformed claims. You would get people who accuse with false or shaky evidence and people who will belive that evidence without propper verification.
