Can’t progress Crucible rank - No rewards
Shaxx rank 17 has been stuck for awhile now.
I claimed all rewards and still unable to reset rank to receive engrams. I haven’t received a crucible engram in quite some time.
Reset rank says “not enough space” but I have more than adequate space in weapon and armor inventory as well as materials. Still obtaining ciphers but I’ve been unable to redeem them due to no engrams and not being able to reset rank.

Check your inventory to make sure you aren't maxed out for whatever his rank 17 reward is. For example, if its showing an Ascendant Shard and you have 50 already in your inventory then you cannot claim it.
