Help With Cross Save and Bungie Name
My Destiny 2 account was previously compromised and used by someone else. They linked an unknown Epic Games account to my Bungie account and changed my Bungie Name without my permission.
I would like to disable Cross Save and use only my Steam account to play Destiny 2. However, I cannot access or unlink the unknown Epic Games account.
If possible, could Bungie Support also grant me one additional Bungie Name change?

As of March 25th 2025 we can no longer unlink accounts. Bungie won't remove it for you either. We have had 4-5 name change tokens. Bungie hands them out at their discretion not by request.
