Lightfall/Final Shape/Witch Queen Dungeon Keys not working
Got the Collection on sale a few months ago, everything working fine. I decided to unlink my Xbox account from my Steam account since I don't use it anymore, everything was working fine except the dungeons were behind a paywall again? I have access to every other bit of DLC content except for these 3 dungeons.
On my Steam account it says I have access to these dungeons, so just a bit confused.
I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled the game yet to see if that works, but is there another workaround that could make it work?

1 ReplyHey there. Dungeon keys count as in-game Eververse purchases, and they become tied to the Active account at the time of purchase. Am I right in saying you had cross-save set up with XBox as the Active account and Steam linked to it? When you purchased the Collection, even if on Steam, then the dungeon keys got tied to XBox. When you cancelled cross-save, the XBox account became XBox only and it took the keys with it. Even though Steam was the purchasing account and will still show the purchase in the history, those dungeon keys, applied one-time on purchase, do not share or duplicate to the Steam account once cross-save is cancelled.
