If you are medium to high skill level you can farm Confluxes solo, it's not too bad. Just use a checkpoint bot.

Years ago, I had to run defend "The Confluences" 30 times, before getting the cloak and completing the seal. The same thing happened to me with Crota s'end it wouldn't drop the Hunter boots 😂.

If not master, it's the weekly this week so doing challenges drops a second chest and both are t5. If you have all the craftables completed the raid also stops dropping weapons.

I remember getting this to drop on my Hunter about a month ago. I believe doing the encounter on Master gives you an extra drop. Even so it’s still pain to get it. Don’t give up! That’s hands-down the best armor set in the game right now for all contents.
