Incorrect Active Account Selected During Cross-Save Setup
Hello Bungie Support Team,
I recently tried to enable Cross-Save to move from PlayStation to PC (Steam). However, I accidentally selected my Steam account as the "Active Account" instead of my PlayStation account (IFLYBOYI).
As a result, my primary PlayStation characters and progress are not showing up on PC. I noticed that deactivating Cross-Save manually will trigger a 90-day cooldown period, which would prevent me from linking my correct account.
Could you please help me change my Active Account to my PlayStation account (IFLYBOYI), or bypass/reset the 90-day cooldown so I can set up Cross-Save correctly?
Account Details:
Primary Platform (With Characters): PlayStation - IFLYBOYI
Target Platform: Steam - mr.punisher.9797

1 ReplyHey there, unfortunately all cooldowns are mandatory, they cannot be reduced nor bypassed. The only way to change is to cancel cross-save, wait for the cooldown to elapse, and then set it up correctly. Bungie do not offer a different way to switch which account is Active within a cross-save setup.

2 RepliesOnly way is to wait the 90 days after disabling cross save. This was mentioned when setting up cross save initially.
