Divinity Quest/Triumph
I have a friend who is a great raider and sherpa, he is close to having all his raid titles, but because of a bug he is locked out of his Enlightened title for Garden of Salvation. He obtained Divinity through the Pantheon without ever getting the Shadowkeep quest to obtain the weapon. We did a sherpa run to help someone clear and obtain Divinity to get the chest to spawn, but because my friend did not have the quest, he did not have the required core to open the chest. Is there a chance to get this fixed so he is not locked out from obtaining the title?

I forgot to add that because he already owns Divinity, he is unable to obtain the quest.
