Name Change Token Stuck - Error 250 Active After 48 Hours
Hello Bungie Help / Mentors,I am trying to use a name change token to fix a typo on my account. My profile settings page explicitly states that I have a name change available, but whenever I try to update it and hit save, I get Error 250 ("You have already recently changed your Bungie Name. Please wait before attempting to change your name again.").It has been well over 48 hours since my last update attempt, but the security cooldown lock is not clearing automatically. Could a moderator please look into my account and manually clear the stuck token cache so I can apply the change?

Hello there, Thanks for reaching out. If you haven't already, please try the name change again as the name change cooldown is now 7 days. The [url=https://safety.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/42346232056084-Bungie-Name-Guide]Name Guide[/url] has also been updated to reflect this change: [quote]Once a Bungie Name is changed, a 7-day mandatory cooldown will be in effect before it can be changed again.[/quote]
