The Artifact should be disabled in all PVP, not just Competitive and Trials.
It's a terrible experience when you entire team becomes volatile because someone got a couple of precision hits with a void pulse at the back.
It's terrible when solar weapons have faster ttks because they got a couple of precision hits and are now radiant for free, which will let an igneous hammer with adagio 2 tap again, you know the reason you nerfed 120 handcannon damage to prevent from happening?
it's a terrible experience to die much faster to a vex mythoclast in either proccing radiant easily with a few precision hits, or using particle reconstruction, giving the weapon a faster ttk than you intended it to be.
it's a terrible experience to be killed much faster by strand trace rifles with slice using harsh refraction giving them a ttk increase.
Enabling the artifact in pvp will end up restricting variety in quickplay and iron banner.
The artifact is already disabled in Comp and trials, it'd nice if it was made cohesive with the entire pvp sandbox.
The artifact was also disabled in quickplay for a while when you could bug it out with having multiple of the same perk, which made the pvp sandbox more enjoyable not being killed faster because of artifact perks.
