Missing Rewards Pass after buying collection on Steam

Bought Destiny 2 Collection and I am missing the Rewards Pass. My friend told me to look for it and I have confirmed that I do not have the Rewards Pass and that I have purchased all of the content available for the game. How do I get the Pass to work for me?

  • Hey there. Did you purchase on Steam and then set cross-save up, with XBox as Active? Dungeon Keys and Reward passes count as in-game Eververse items and get tied to the Active account at the time or purchase, in your case, Steam. When cross-save was set up, and XBox picked as Active, the Steam account went dormant and took the passes with it, these do not transfer nor duplicate. In a situation like this, please use the following form, explain the above, that the passes are on the dormant account.
